FAQs

CBD (cannabidiol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. CBD oil works naturally with the body’s own endocannabinoid system (ECS) to promote wellness without getting you “high”. Researchers have demonstrated that CBD has multiple benefits throughout the body, making it a smart new addition to your wellness regimen.

Yes, if it comes from hemp! Thanks to the signing of the 2018 Farm Bill, the era of hemp prohibition is over. Hemp can be cultivated, processed into products like CBD supplements, and sold across the United States if THC level is at or below 0.3%. However, some states have additional laws regarding CBD product sales and use, so it’s important check local laws and regulations. Marijuana products, even those with high levels of CBD, are still federally illegal in this country.

Our products are made from nutrient-rich hemp, are non-intoxicating, and the first to be self-affirmed Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). All our products are third party tested and fully traceable from seed to shelf, so you can be assured you’re getting the highest quality hemp CBD.

The answer to this is always personal. We recommend initially that people take their CBD oil in the morning and the evening. But everyone’s rhythm is different. Some find it activating and only take it in the morning, while others only take it at night. And we also hear from people who take it multiple times per day. So while twice a day is often the right answer, you might find your own rhythm for when to enjoy your CBD oil.

No, it cannot. CBD is a phytocannabinoid that is non-psychotoxic (it does not result in feelings of euphoria) and has a remarkable safety profile.

For CBD beginners, our Capsule, Gummies , Balms are the best options. For experienced users looking for a more direct approach, the CBD Oil Concentrates are the best.

Both THC and CBD have medical properties.
THC is the cannabinoid that is the major part of recreational cannabis and in high doses can cause impairment. In lower doses it is a muscle relaxant, can help with sleep and many different causes of pain. It can also help with nausea and other chemotherapy related side effects.
CBD does not cause impairment. CBD is often used in anxiety, epilepsy and pain management also. There is much overlap between the two when controlling symptoms. When you are assessed by a doctor they will determine the combination that is most likely to help your symptoms. Most doctors start with a higher CBD product with small amounts of THC and increase the dose slowly, but it will depend on your previous exposure to cannabis and your symptoms. If prescribed carefully, the side effects one commonly recognised with recreational cannabis and unopposed THC use are usually very minimal and well tolerated.

CBD is generally very safe, but can give some people stomach upsets, diarrhoea, dizziness and tiredness.
THC has more side effects and these can include dizziness, disorientation, drowsiness and dry mouth, as some examples.
However, your doctor will start you on a low dose and increase it gradually so that side effects are minimised. Serious side effects, like a psychotic episode, should be avoided by careful screening of whether you are suitable for treatment in the first place.

No woman should really take any medicine whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. However, occasionally taking some medicine is essential for a medical condition. If your condition necessitates continuing on cannabis (such as epilepsy) then be reassured that there are no definite “syndromes” associated with cannabis. High THC recreational cannabis may cause low birthweight, but the evidence for any other problems in the newborn child is not clear. Avoid if possible.

If an extract is full-spectrum, this means it contains all phytochemicals naturally found in the plant, including CBD, trace cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils. Full-spectrum extracts from hemp also come with a negligible THC content — below 0.3%

Although non-psychoactive, full-spectrum CBD can give you a false positive during a drug test, especially if you consume high doses of CBD oil daily. That’s when the broad-spectrum CBD comes in.

Like full-spectrum CBD, broad-spectrum CBD contains cannabidiol and all the other compounds within the plant. However, it goes through an additional process to remove the trace amounts of THC, completely removing it after the initial extraction.

Cannabinoids are naturally found in the industrial hemp plant which both promotes and supports nutritional health. Cannabinoids interact with our Endocannabinoid System, which consists of a series of receptors located in the brain, central nervous system, and many other areas. The ECS helps promote/regulate various important biological processes. Our bodies produce some cannabinoids (like anandamide) on their own.

Hemp is rich in non-intoxicating Phyto-cannabinoids. Marijuana is just the opposite; its top cannabinoid causes a “high.” Strains of industrial hemp are grown legally in dozens of countries worldwide and some US states. Hemp is sold in all US states.

CBD is a cannabinoid that works within your endocannabinoid system, which controls bodily functions such as mood, appetite, pain and memory.

Even with this being said, we aren’t doctors (as is stated in our disclaimer), so we can’t definitively say that this is your “miracle pill” by any means. However, we can state that CBD has been proven to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether it for post-workout recovery, supporting a calm demeanor, inflammation, and even anxiety, CBD does help.

We advise in consulting your doctor before using any of our products.

Most of our regular monthly customers who are feeling good tell us they take it in the morning and before bed. Additionally they take it if they are suffering at any other time of day or night.

Start with our 750mg full spectrum CBD oil and use 1 full dropper twice per day if you are new to CBD. Hold it under the tongue for a full minute before swallowing.

If you are experienced and know that your condition requires a maximum strength dose we recommend using our 2,400mg full spectrum CBD and using 1 full dropper twice per day.

If you start with one dropper full twice per day it’s likely you will notice improvement within one to three days. If not you will need to increase your dosage.

Start out with 25 mg twice per day. 25mg would be one dropper full (1ml) from our 750mg bottle of full spectrum CBD oil. Add more as needed.

If you are still failing to get sufficient results we recommend increasing the dose to 80mg twice per day. 80mg would be one dropper full (1ml) from our 2,400mg bottle. Again you may add more if needed until you get relief.

If you find you’re doing great on a particular dose you may try gradually lowering your dose in small amounts so you may save money. We’d like you to get the best relief for the least amount of money and our experience has been that everyone responds differently. Most people seem to need at least 23mg twice a day but others have found they were able to slowly lower the dosage and feel great with less.
